An afternoon at Point Loma

Today we drove to Point Loma to check out the light house and tide pools. Unfortunately the park closes at 4:30 and low tide is at 6:50, as such - we miss out on all the critters in the tide pools!! Check back in January - maybe we'll catch some then!

Last night we went to the SoCo Music Experience just to see The Black Keys .

Gumball in our front yard

Who knew? We didn't. Sunday afternoon at Neighborhood we saw the Five&ADime Gumball Car parked across the street. Little did we know it was Gumball Rally in San Diego one week to the race's official start in LA. So that's why the street across from our place was closed off. To our utter surprise and amazement we witnessed the following:
